 Ningbo Hongda Motor Die Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988, which is specializing in the producing of motor core multiple positions progressive die and precision punching die. It is the sole Key and Mainstay Enterprise of Motor Core Die in China, a New and High-Tech Enterprise of the state level and a Director Member of Ningbo City Punching Die Committee. Hongda ranks the first in the talents team, capability and facilities for R & D and production of motor die. The company covers a land area of 34,345 m2 with gross floor area of 43,338 m2, which includes factory building of 31,639 m2 (entirely constant temperature workshop of 18,939 m2). The investment in the fixed assets reaches nearly 100 million.
Through hard working and uninterrupted technical innovation for more than 20 years, Ningbo Hongda Motor Die Co.,Ltd becomes the most advanced and professional and the largest R & D center and manufacture base of motor core lamination precision punching die in China. Hongda has received the ISO system qualification. Its annual capacity is 200 sets of hard alloy multiple positions progressive die and 6,000 sets of stator and rotator core compound die. Its precision die are assessed by Chinese Association of Mold and Die Industry as Homemade Premium Die and State Class New Product Die for seven years in succession and its hard alloy multiple positions progressive die is assessed by expert group of Chinese Association of Mold and Die Industry as a die of Internationally Advanced Level and wins the first prize precision die on the China International Die and Mould Exhibition in 2006. It is an ideal substitute for the sophisticated die made by developed countries such as Japan and American and European countries. Hongda occupies the first position in domestic sales of Chinese motor core die market for a long time and around 1,000 customers in the world are using the motor die made by Hongda.
Based upon the investigation and analysis by Chinese Association of Mold and Die Industry in 2005 for the capability and business achievements of whole domestic motor die manufacturers, the comparison is made between Hongda and other leading manufacturers of motor core and lamination punching die and it verifies that Hongda takes the leading position in all aspects in the same trade in China.
