      Ningbo Hongda Motor Die Co., Ltd is a professional enterprise which products precision technical equipments, the products are high scientific and technological content, and the professional abilities of the employers are highly required.
      Several years ago, Hongda attracted many qualified people being on probation through the talent resources market, but very few stayed. The outflow of talents affected the progress of the technology and the improvement of the production. Customers complained about the delay of production, so we lost our customers. The talents are always of the most importance to the improvement of an enterprise, to choose the disadvantageous situations above, the leading group of the company has set up “Cultivation of First-class talents, Manufacture of first-class products ” again. Lead a way of recruiting new members outside, selecting and commending better members inside. In accordance of this way, we have made four methods: employing professional talents in an effective way; selecting and commending better members in the company; concentrating more on the development of the talent, and making working and training together. At the same time, we set up series of systems and methods to get the reach the aim.

1、Develop efficient way to introduce talents
      Every year the Human Resources Department of Hongda spreads careers on the internet aperiodically; takes part in senior trade meetings organized by the government; attract professional talents through the associations, talent recommended meetings, Ningbo talent market recruitment. Recruit IT professional talents and technicians. Through above ways, we introduce experts and senior engineers of die design and manufacture who enjoy the subsidy of the State Council. There are many qualified technicians and professional talents in key technical and manufacturing posts. So as to improve the level of research and development and innovation, makes the products more and more technological, make a great contribution to training the new technicians and improving the enterprise.
      In accordance of the information above, sophisticated talents and technicians are the motive force to grow the enterprise sustainably and the energy to make the economic develop. sophisticated talents are very important, to play a role in leadership they should be professional and technical, and they should train and practice talented people inside, make them be reserve and talented people.
2、Development and mining enterprise internal talent

Ningbo Hongda Motor Die Co., Ltd was built in 1988, developing from family workshop to an enterprise,which couldn’t be separated from the high-tech group. At the beginning, the method of master training the prentice was always adopted because of the limited condition. Thus the most technicians of the key positions were promoted through the inner cultivation, which is the nucleus of the enterprise.
Although the method of master training prentice is old, it is useful. The company develops it with new content and energy, setting up the “ talent-training prize”, “prentice-training prize” and “excellent prentice prize”. Organize the technical and production staff to learn from the master within the enterprise, forming the good teaching way. Every year we hold the training class of fitters, which cultivates the staff with basic knowledge of fitters including the theory and actual operation.
      The enterprise adopts the training way step by step according to the training system made by the Human-resource Dept. The outside consultant or dept. directors are the main instructor to train the management leaders of middle level, who will train the basic management staff. Then the basic management staff will provide the training for the new staff. The training of master towards the prentice forms the way step by step, in order to ensure the cultivation of staff in each aspect and station.
     After a period of training and actual operation, each position bears enough technicians.  The key and single position is added and the excellent staff is promoted. Since the enterprise building, there are more than 10 senior and intermediate talents through the inner cultivation and promotion. They take the main positions in sales, technique, production, purchase, quality dept. and so on. They bear important function for the enterprise’s development. The inner promotion can make up the vacancy of the talents, stimulate the activity of staffs and effectively solve the daily work in the enterprise.
4Talent Cultivation by the Combination of College and Enterprise
      In the recent years, because the colleges are limited by the resources, lack of the practice field and equipment, they could not provide enough practice opportunity for the students. And also for the average practice time of each student is limited; the students lack the practice experience and operate ability. The college students are insufficient with the ability of theory connecting practice, which causes that the separation of talents cultivation and actual practice.
     According to this phenomenon, Ningbo Hongda Motor Die Co., Ltd adopts the way of the combination between college and enterprise. We signed the agreement to provide the practice opportunity for the college students in Jiangsu, and also contributed to the college cultivation for high school students who returned to the enterprise after graduation. In addition, we have the cooperation with Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University of Technology and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Ningbo Hongda Motor Die Co., Ltd. becomes the practice and training base for the college students and attracts them to obtain employment here.
    In order to cultivate the excellent skilled worker of blue collar, this year we cooperate with the second Vestibule School in Ningbo and named the three classes as “Hongda Die Class”. The excellent students of theory and practice can obtain the award with annual special fund. Meanwhile, our enterprise can provide the practice chance and internship salary for the students. And also encourage them to work in the enterprise after graduation, applying what they learnt into the practice. It reduces the students’ pressure of employment and the enterprise’s cost for searching the proper staff, and also promotes the reformation and development of the education.
      In a word, the outside employment of talents can promote the communication between the enterprise and society. There is a wide scope in the choice of talents. It is helpful for the inner adjustment and balance, and also can save the cost on the talent training.

 Ningbo Hongda Motor Die Co., Ltd. introduces excellent talents in the domestic field.  We made enough consideration on how to exert their advantages, create the profit and enhance the core competitiveness of our company. Firstly according to the features of our products, regard the technology as the key, connecting other departments such as marketing, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, etc. The talents are introduced to the proper departments and positions, taking charge of the main duties or the senior consultant of dept. leader. Take the technology for example. Here concentrate the elites of this field. There are 6 senior engineers. How to arrange their post becomes a big problem. Thus we set up the Technical Department with vice president of technology, taking charge of various die’s design, audit and technical problems on site. The general engineer is responsible for the scientific project, technical reformation and introduction of important precision equipments. The technical director is responsible for the technical, administrative and quality management. The technical minister takes charge of the drawing audit and management of 3 design offices. The manufacture engineering minister is responsible for the institution of technology route, technology price, etc. Considering that the experienced engineers are introduced into the Technical Dept., we demand the young technicians to take the engineers as their teachers and learn from them. The apprentices’ performance will be evaluated by the Human Resource Dept. regularly and grant the reward to excellent masters and apprentices. The purpose is to cultivate the young and middle-aged technicians, promote and manage the introduced engineers who will improve with the group competition, add the vigor to the company and store abundant core technology for the development of our company.
We grant the flexible work system for the engineers. They needn’t check in when starting or off work, and they have rest, travel or enjoy the entertainment on holidays organized by our company. We also provide small canteen and apartment for each engineer. The apartment has three rooms and one hall with whole facilities. And also regularly arrange the cleaner to do the washing and ironing for them. We hope that they can regard “Hongda” as their own family.
Our company is connected with high-tech, the sales manager also needs bear professional technology to communicate with customers, sign technical agreements and deal with the technical and service problems for them. The position of vice president in Sale Dept. of our company is also held by the senior engineer who is experienced in the field, especially good at solving the technical problems on site. Meanwhile, we invite the senior marketing expert to be sales consultant. Our salesmen are chose from the technical and manufacturing department, who are also cultivated by the sales consultant. Form a sales group with the abilities to negotiate and sign purchase order with customers, and also they can actually solve the problem for customers. 
The enterprise competition is people oriented. In the production and manufacture, because of the numerical control’s popularity, our company needs a lot of numerical control staff (blue collar technicians). Therefore, we not only introduces high-tech talents, but also need for more and more senior blue collars. Because the lack of common skilled worker greatly affect the company’s producing and manufacturing abilities. In order to solve these problems, “Hongda” invites senior technician with high salary, and cooperates with Ningbo Second Vestibule School. We have introduced the learners for many times and arranged the senior technician, fitter and experienced master to train them both on theory and actual operation. Through many years’ cultivation, at present we have formed a large technician group in the aspects of lathe, miller, machining center, coordinate grinder, projection grinder, 3D measuring instrument, assembly, mainly with its senior technicians, senior skilled workers, intermediate workers, junior workers, which provides powerful human resource and strong reserve for the company’s continued development.
In order to provide the training opportunity and developing platform for skilled workers, our company regularly organizes the cultivation of design basis, mechanical drawing, tolerance fit, fitter operation, numerical control operation and quality inspection, in order to promote their skill and ability.
